Frequently Asked Questions

How is your pottery made?

LITEStone Pottery™ is made from our proprietary blend of concrete and all-natural organic materials. Our employees mix small batches of mortar at a time. The "mud" is then placed by hand in molds and left to cure slowly. This process creates pottery that is exceptionally light and durable. Concrete is naturally porous and will dry down a pot consistently, so the consumer is less prone to overwatering.

Where is Bennett Plants located?

Our greenhouse and pottery warehouse are located in North Alabama.

How and where do you deliver?

For freight assortments, our products are wrapped in cardboard and/or boxed for shipping with FedEx Freight. Our wooden rack shippers are delivered with product already placed on the shelves. All you have to do is unwrap and sell in either case. We ship LTL freight to 48 states, and we offer flat rate shipping in most cases so our customers will know exactly what their shipping costs are before an order is placed.

What is flat rate shipping?

Flat rate shipping is a set amount for shipping to a specific region. No matter the order amount, the shipping price is the same. A customer's time zone determines the flat rate.

What is a minimum order?

We have designed assortments (packages) to make ordering easier for first time buyers. Any package assortment is a minimum order, but customers are welcome to pick their own products. The minimum to qualify for flat rate shipping is $1500.00. You may pick from any of our products to get to the minimum order. Orders that are less than $1500.00 ship at the actual FedEx shipping rate.

Do you use barcodes?

Yes! Every item we sell comes with a barcode. It is either on a stake tag or a sticker depending on the product. First time customers will receive a barcode list and other useful information by email before their order is shipped. We want you to be prepared to sell as soon as it lands!
